Check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM every day of the week. If you would like other times, you can always contact the reception and we will do our best to help you.

Yes absolutely, you can stay up to four adults in some of our rooms. We also offer family rooms.

We have parking spaces behind the hotel and also a garage where parking is excellent. You can get a permit at the reception. For parking in the garage: 150 SEK/night.

Yes we do, there is a food bowl and water bowl available in the room. It costs 200 SEK extra to book a dog room.

Both yes and no, we do not have a gym on site, but we do have a partnership with the city's largest gym, STC. As a guest, you can use both the pass and the gym. Talk to the reception upon arrival and they will help you.

Both yes and no, no separate room but we offer different types of games in our restaurant. Among others Shuffleboard, billiards, arcade games etc.

Wifi is included for all guests, all information regarding this is available at check-in.

We have some larger rooms, no thresholds throughout the hotel, an elevator and also an adapted parking space. In the restaurant we have a ramp and an adapted toilet.

When it comes to individual hotel room reservations, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. The following rules apply regarding group and conference cancellations. Cancellations made 60 days before arrival will not be charged. 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount and 15 days before arrival will be charged 100%.

Absolutely! Entrance to the spa costs 365 SEK and that includes the loan of a towel, slippers and bathrobe.

Yes, between 9:00 and 12:00 children up to 15 years old are welcome when accompanied by a guardian (exception for holiday weeks, contact reception for information) From 12:00 to 20:00, teenagers from 15 to 18 years old are welcome in the company of a guardian. After 8:00 PM, the minimum age is 18 years.

Yes, that's absolutely fine! Monday to Friday breakfast is served between 06:30 and 09:30 and Saturday to Sunday between 07:00 and 10:30. Breakfast costs 125 SEK for adults and 75 SEK for children from 5 to 12 years old, children under 5 eat for free.
